DHPO
The Deerfield Homeowners and Property Owners, Inc. (DHPO) is a non-profit organization registered with the State of Colorado and is not a homeowners association (HOA). The DHPO assists all property owners in following the Protective Covenants, thereby maintaining the surroundings, protecting the natural environment, and improving property values.
Environmental Control Committee
All 197 properties are covenant controlled, as posted on the four signs entering Deerfield. The Environmental Control Committee (ECC) is comprised of resident volunteers who will review your project for adherence to the covenants. Please contact the ECC for more information when considering any property improvements or modifications. Covenants adherence is mandatory. Membership
Becoming an active member of DHPO, Inc. allows you to participate in community functions and includes voting privileges. Annual dues are $300, payable by July 1st of each year.
Board of Directors
