Membership
The Deerfield Protective Covenants are mandatory and not voluntary, regardless if a property owner is an active member.
Becoming an active member of DHPO, Inc. allows you to participate in community functions and includes voting privileges. It also includes ECC project reviews, which are $300 for non-members.
As noted in the by-laws, annual dues are $300, payable by July 1st. You may send a printed membership form with your check. Dues are pro-rated for new residents.
