DHPO Annual Membership Meeting & Board of Director Elections (2024-26 Terms)
DATE: Thursday February 8th, 2024
TIME: Check-in Begins at 6PM, Meeting 6:30 to 9PM
LOCATION:  Franktown Fire Station

 Fellow Deerfield Residents,

 Your attendance is requested to participate in selection of new Board of Directors in Thursday’s election. Agenda below.  Given limited parking areas at the Fire Station please consider ride sharing with your fellow neighbors.

 Check-in begins at 6pm and obtain your election ballots for Active Members.  Candidate introductions and questions will start at 6:30pm. If your spouse or partner cannot attend, please remember to bring a signed proxy form to obtain election ballots for both owners.
