DHPO, Inc. Board Meeting

Date: Tuesday, May 2, 2023

Time: 6:30 – 8:30 p.m.

Meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m. and quorum was established. Board of Directors present: Tom Bowles (President), Robert Lund (VP), Ginney Regan (Treasurer) Lauren Fulton (Secretary), Members at Large: Kathy Bondesen and Lash Russell.

Treasurer’s Financial Report – Ginney Regan.  March 2023 Closing Handout - Comments (Handout of Assets & Distribution/Receipts sheets – 1 page)

·       2022-23 Current Fiscal Year active membership count – 97 property lot owners.    2021-22 Membership was 114.

·       Properties for Sale or Market currently None – Lot 101 (Deats) Placing on Market in May.

·       Treasurer Fill-in (May into Sept) – Discussion on Board coverage while Treasurer is away.

Secretary’s Report – Lauren Fulton

·       Proposed finding new provider for website before August renewal.

ECC Enforcement – Tom Bowles       

·       Status DHPO vs Patterson’s – Court of Appeals Case Number: 2021CA1595

·       Oral Arguments March 22, 2023.   Court Ruling in favor of DHPO issued April 13, 2023.

Fire Mitigation Grant Status – Lash Russell

·       Summary of Resident Sign-Up and Waitlist following kick off meeting April 13, 2023, going forward with Colorado State Forest Service Representatives.

New Business

·       2023-24 June Membership Renewal Drive – E-Blast Reminder, Mailbox Postings first week of June. 

·       Summer Activities / Social Events – July 4th Parade (New Board Approval)

·       Dates: Semi Annual Fall Membership Meeting – Thursday, Sept. 14, Winter Party Dec. 9th.
