November 2022 Board of Directors Meeting

DHPO, Inc. Board Meeting

Thursday, November 10, 2022

Time: 6:30 – 8:30 p.m.

Meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m. and quorum was established. Board of Directors present: Tom Bowles (President), Robert Lund (VP), Ginney Regan (Treasurer), Lauren Fulton (Secretary), Members at Large: Kathy Bondesen, Larry Falter, and Lash Russell.

Treasurer’s Financial Report – Ginney Regan

·       Reviewed September 2022 Closing Comments (Handout of Assets & Distribution/Receipts sheets – 2 pages)

·       Current Fiscal Year active membership count – 82 property lot owners, including new owners of Lot 3

·       Welcoming Committee to make 3 attempts to deliver welcome basket after new residents move in

Secretary’s Report – Lauren Fulton

·       Reviewed website updates and directory status

Fire Mitigation Grant Status – Lash Russell

·       CSFS submitted Deerfield’s application to the state on October 18, 2022.  Earliest application results available in late January 2023. 

·       60 property lots originally signed-up for grant application.

2022 Winter Season Social Event – Open Discussion

·       Finalized plans and task assignments.

·       When: 5:30 – 9 p.m. on Saturday, December 10th; dinner will be served at 6:30

·       Where: The Historic Pikes Peak Grange, 3093 N. State Highway 83, Franktown
